The Customer agrees to the following:
- Provide accurate information for shipments, including recipient details, address, and any special instructions.
- Ensure that items are properly packed and comply with TrueNorthCouriers' restrictions (see section 6).
- Pay all applicable fees for services rendered, including any additional charges for services like expedited delivery or special handling.
- Cooperate with any required customs or regulatory documentation for international shipments.
4. **Delivery Times and Availability**
TrueNorthCouriers will make reasonable efforts to deliver items on time; however, delivery dates and times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by factors including, but not limited to, weather conditions, and traffic delays.

5. **Pricing and Payment**
- Fees: The Customer agrees to pay the fees associated with the selected services, as set forth on our website or as agreed in writing with TrueNorthCouriers.
- Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking or upon receipt of an invoice, unless otherwise agreed. We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and other accepted methods.
6. **Prohibited and Restricted Items**
Customers are prohibited from sending the following items through TrueNorthCouriers' services:
- Hazardous materials or dangerous goods
- Perishable items without proper packaging
- Items that are illegal, stolen, or otherwise prohibited by law
- Weapons or items that may pose a threat to safety or security

7. **Liability and Limitation of Liability**
- Damage or Loss: TrueNorthCouriers is responsible for the safe delivery of packages under our care. However, our liability is limited to the replacement cost or value of the goods, not exceeding the shipping fees paid.
- Force Majeure: TrueNorthCouriers is not liable for delays, damage, or failure to deliver resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or strikes.
- Exclusions: TrueNorthCouriers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delay or non-delivery, including but not limited to loss of business, profits, or goodwill.
8. **Claims for Damaged or Lost Items**
- Reporting Damage: If your package is damaged upon receipt, please notify TrueNorthCouriers immediately within 48 hours of delivery. Documentation of damage may be required.
- Claims for Loss**: Claims for lost shipments must be submitted in writing within 30 days from the date of shipment.
